2 month old suddenly being sick all the time

My DD has just turned 2 months old and has suddenly started vomiting after feeds a lot. She used to do just a little bit of spit up when we burped her, but lately she's been sicking up what looks like an ounce or two after a feed, and then for a while after she'll do sort of sicky dribble. She's also been spitting up clear liquid when she's just lying on her playmat, or when we change her. We try to keep her upright for a good 15/20 minutes after a feed but it doesn't seem to make any difference.

It doesn't seem to bother or upset her in any way, but it just seems strange that it's started happening so much and out of the blue. We haven't changed her formula or anything. The only thing I can think of is that she had a bit of a cold last week, and was a bit bunged up and sneezy, could that be causing it?

Also she hasn't had her 8 week vaccinations yet, she's having to get them next week due to the GP being busy, in case anyone thought it might be from her jabs.

Does anyone have any ideas of what might be causing it?

Sounds like reflux to me, DD had it, lasted until she was 9 months 😕 we had to use a thickening powder Gaviscon in her milk. I would talk to the GP

Have you tried giving smaller more often? Babies have a very good "quick release valve" to ensure they don't over feed so it may just be this, expecially of showing no signs of discomfort or distress.

Agree that she could just be having too much in one go, how often are you offering a bottle in the day?

My little guy was a guzzler. He liked to drink quiet a bit in one go and hated little and often. I think this caused him to sick up a bit and it worsened around the 8 week mark but it just got better and stopped after a few weeks. At the time I was worried it was reflux but didn't turn out to be.
