Issue with carobel and mam bottles

Hello

Does anyone have any issues with the white rubber base coming loose on the mam bottles while baby is drinking? I wonder if the carobel is acting as a lubricant but I can see other people have used mam bottles with carobel. I’m tearing my hair out!

I use carobel and mam bottles and this has never happened. I've not heard of that happening before could it be a faulty batch of bottles?

I don’t think so as I use bottles from two different batches and it’s happened with both. Must be something I’m not doing right but it only seems to have started happening when we’ve started using carobel. It’s a mystery!

I used carobel and mam bottles with my little ones and this never happened to mine.
