I don't think they come that big. I had this problem trying to get wraps big enough to go over toddler night nappies. The only ones people could reccomend were Reb's wraps which only a few places stocked and I don't think they are made anymore.

I ended up buying a disana pull on wrap in the largest size they had. It was absolutely huge, but it did the job very well. They have very soft leg bindings so left no red marks.

I have never needed one before but DS2 has a xl minki huggle with a booster and the XL wrap is on its last popper on one side and next to last on the other. Don't know when he will be dry at night. Just got caught out and ran out of the huggles as he poohed in tonights one so he is now in a XXL fuzzi with 2 banana babies inserts but the fit doesn't suit his frame. Just hoping it will do tonight.

On the basis that I was his wet pants with normal washing when he has an accident, and his night nappies are only wet, could I was them in with other washing and would 40 degrees be enough?

I washed only wee-y nappies in with the normal washing. I think a lot of people even wash pooey ones at 40, although I have to say I only washed pooey ones at 60. My ds is now toilet trained although still poos in his pants on a regular basis and I wash them in with the normal washing so don't know why I felt the nappies needed to be washed higher. (well I do know why, but the fact I don't wash his pants so high shows how illogically my brain works ).
