13 week old not eating much and vomiting frequently - help!

Hi my 13 week old has alway been really good at taking their feed, on approx 30oz a day now. Over the last few days she has't cried much for milk, she sleeps 9 hours straight at night and doesn't seems to be hungry on wake up.

She has also been vomiting a little more frequently, sometimes just after a feed and sometimes as you go to give her a feed she gags and vomits up the previous feed.

I am starting to get really worried about her, she is a really happy content baby and doesn't cry much. I asked the HV who wasn't particularly helpful, I think I'm going to call the doctor today just to check.

Anyone have any experience of this?

Have she got a stomach bug or illness? When you say vomiting, is it vomit or spit up? Does she have a temperature?
Best indicator will be nappy output. Is she having regular wet nappies?
I would keep offering feeds regularly throughout the day but if all the above is ok and she is happy and content I wouldn’t worry!

@CheeseAlways

Her nappies are really runny (could be post vaccine related).

No temperature, it's projectile vomiting as opposed to spit up. I have noticed this morning she sounds a little congested, it may be to do with this and could explain her sleeping a little more as well.

When was her vaccine done?

Poor thing 😕

Update- Dr thinks it is a milk intolerance so he put her on prescription milk

@BellaCiao1 how are you getting on?

my boy is 13 weeks and is the same apart from being sick. I wondered whether teething causes pain to refuse bottle as that’s what I’m dealing with now. No other CMPA signs just bottle refusal suddenly at 13 weeks and generally screaming and crying x
