Haakaa pump sterilising after each use or no?

Hi

I am getting conflicting information on sterilising a haakaa pump for breastfeeding.

Do you have to sterilise a haakaa pumo after each use or can it be done once daily (only cleaning it with hot soapy water after each use). Baby is 3 months.

Can anyone clarify?

You don’t have to sterilise anything for use with breastmilk if baby was born full term and healthy, a wash with warm soapy water is perfect.

Never sterilised mine, just washed in hot soapy water and air dried on a clean teatowel
