3 year old poop colour dark green *WARNING picture attached*

Hi guys, so I was just changing my toddler and his poop looks like this yesterday it was fine I don’t remember giving him anything which could change the colour he is eating his normal stuff and he’s feeling okay playing and not unwell. Is this normal?

Looks like he might be constipated to me? Was it quite dry?

Did he eat anything with blue food colouring, birthday cake? Blue ice cream etc? That usually turns poo green
