What kind of rash is this?

Hi all,

Our 2.5 year old has this rash on her ankle. Only on one ankle. She doesn’t seem bothered by it at all (she doesn't scratch it) but would pull her leg away if we try to touch it.
It’s above the skin and fades away if you put pressure on it. It’s been there for a couple weeks. Doesn’t seem to be spreading. Could it be eczema?

We have an appointment on Monday but just looking to see if anyone has insight or ways to possible treat it. Thank you

I think it looks more like a Welty rash than eczema, almost like a nettle rash. So could it be hives?

That looks like hives my little had this on her legs for about 6 weeks tried all creams for doctors and nothing worked until my other half got E-45 itch relief worked a treat gone in 3 days good luck op x
