Uppababy Cruz vs Cruz V2?

Has anyone tried both the original Cruz and the V2? We're currently planning to buy second hand the V2 we have our eye on is £350. There are older Cruz buggies in the first model for much cheaper, though.

I really like walking and and find the V2 appealing because of the bigger wheels and 4-wheel suspension. The smaller fold is also a plus. I'd be really curious to hear how much of a difference the upgrades make though, especially for walking on non-paved pathways! We originally wanted a Vista but it's just too big for our flat.

Does the v2 go on uneven ground?

I have the original and it is wonderful.

@Marchforward Because it has bigger wheels and full suspension, it’s supposed to be better on rough ground—I just don’t know how much better!

@professionalnomad Thanks for writing! How do find it on grass/gravel/non-paved paths? I would love to walk along the river near our house but it can be muddy and uneven…

I had the original (it’s still in my loft). Better suspension would be good. I have tall children and after a year or so the back wasn’t really tall enough.
