Scallywags and Bizzykidz agency?

My daughter has been offered representation from Bizzykidz agency and Scallywags. I'm not sure if either are legitimate or one is worth choosing over the other. I was really surprised when they both wanted to represent her, but I don't want to also be scammed or this not be legitimate. She's really excited so I'm in between a rock and a hard place! Any advice or knowledge around this?

Im pretty sure bizzy kids are legit because there was a tv programme following them a few years back. How was your daughter offered representation by the agencies? Have you been to an audition?

If you have to pay anything to join it is bullshit.
Search the agency names on mumsnet... I expect they'll be some old threads.

I submitted some photos and got an acceptance in a week. She's been submitted already to a fair few castings, and it's only been 2 weeks. But then scallywags has also emailed saying they'd like to represent her and I don't know which one to pick or will be best for her 😞

Best for her in terms of what? More castings? Better care? What’s important to you.

When I worked in consumer marketing we used both agencies from time to time. They are both legitimate agencies. However, unless you're in easy and cheap reach of central London you will spend an awful lot of time and money going to castings.

Better care of course! My child's happiness and safety is always my first priority above any castings. Hence why I'm so conflicted as I'm so unsure 😞
