DS just turned 9mo and I'm struggling with getting him into a routine. His older sister was very predictable at the age, slept 7pm-6.30/7am (ish) and was on 2 naps around 9/10am and then down again at 2-2.30pm. It was lockdown when she was this age so it was easy to keep a strict routine and she responded well to it. DS on the other hand is still flitting between 2 and 3 naps. Goes to bed at 7pm every day and wakes at 5.30am for a milk feed (EBF). Up until a few days ago that was him up for the day hence the 3 naps needed but the past 2 mornings he has gone back to sleep until 7-7.30am. I'm just so confused by why he won't sleep past 5.30am. I feel if he even slept until 6/6.30am we could get into a better nap routine. Any advice?
