I recommend getting the cheapest one if you're anything like us. We've dropped them, left them behind in holiday rentals etc. So we've always had the cheapest one, the Motorola audio only plug in. Easily replaceable and does the job.

If you're looking for a good match between price and features, I would highly suggest going for Invidyo. It's got really high tech that they constantly update so you don't have to keep getting extra gadgets, it's just one product.
