I’m nearly 6 weeks clear, is this enough?

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

If it feels comfortable I think it's probably fine. It took me four months, I was not comfortable at all. Oh the bliss when I finally could though!

MrsBunnyEars · 10/04/2023 22:07

I’d go by when it’s comfy. If you’re doing any damage your body will tell you!

Definitely when it’s comfy - wasn’t until 10 weeks for me

Whenever it feels comfortable. Took few months for me, wasnt painful, just felt odd/ uncomfortable. So nice when it feels normal again

BabyB2022 · 11/04/2023 00:52

I had a section 8 weeks ago and have been sleeping on my tummy for about 4 weeks, feels comfortable and no pain so as others have said, listen to your body.

I did it shortly after. Was bliss. Until I realised it gave my boobs mastitis. Can’t win.

Thank you everyone, it still feels a bit weird! Can’t wait!!
