Leaky nappy

LO has started to sleep on her side at night however this is causing her nappies to leak down the side she is sleeping on resulting in meltdowns when I have to give her an outfit change several times a night. The nappy itself is almost dry because it’s running straight down to her hip and up out the back.

I’ve tried a bigger size nappy but this hasn’t helped. I’m considering adding a nappy liner to try and catch the wee but not sure these are going to help.

I’ve also tried to encouraging her to sleep on her back but she is having none of it.

Any suggestions?

Which nappies are you using? I had this problem with the Morrisons Nutmeg ones so I switched to the Tescos Fred and Flo and no leaks since 😊

I’m using Mamia ones which have been great up until now ☹️

I always found the nappy pants better if your little one can fit in them

I find pampers much better for overnight. They’re expensive, so I use supermarket own brand during the day and the pampers at night. The pampers are the pull up style even though DD is still young.

Sainsbury's own brand, size up, vest extenders and no tight pjs (for loads of room to expand)

We loved Mamia for 3x kids. A while back they slimmed down their design and it caused leaks. I went back to Lupilu and have no problems.
