IScarlet fever or heat rash

My little girl has got tonsillitis and is on pencilin she started off with chickenpox last week which seems to have subsided but now she’s got this rash. Is it just heat rash or is it scarlet fever should I b worried ?
she does also have eczema and it may be that?

Not an HCP, so just bumping really.

Scarlet fever is usually very dry and rough, I understand.

It looks to me like a classic hot and bothered, itchy and irritable rash.

Perhaps try and keep her cool and comfortable, well moisturised, and see how she goes?

My 2 year old had Scarlet Fever about a month ago and the rash was very raised and rough, kind of like sandpaper - that was the telltale sign along with the high temps. A heat rash wouldn’t be rough to touch. How is her form? Does she seem to be getting better?
