See image of my 7 week olds back.

I noticed this, this evening.
I will contact the health visitor tomorrow, but does anyone have an idea what this is?

Is your baby ill? Does it fade under a glass?

Has your baby had baby acne? My 6wo has something a bit like that and it’s just the remains of baby acne.
Like pp asked, are they ill/have a temperature?

Any chance they've been sick while lying down and it's run underneath? The acid can irritate the skin and cause something like this.

It looks a bit like exzema to me, are you using any scented products when you wash him?

Looks quite normal to me. My youngest had a very similar rash. I think we were advised to use an emolient cream. Their skin is so delicate at that age that the slightest thing can cause a rash. No harm getting the HV or GP to check but I wouldn't worry overly.
