Diarrhoea going on too long??

My only just turned 2year old is on her 11th day of having diarrhoea and I just wonder has anyone experienced something similar?

Eating and drinking as normal, no vomiting, no fever etc
In good form (except a very sore and blistered bum) hurts when she pee’s now too, it must be stinging.
Stools quite loose and sticky, particularly foul smelling - often leak out of nappy.
No changed to diet
I’m a bit stumped on this one. . .
have contacted GP - viral (that’s what they usually say though) but I just think it’s going on a tad long.

We are going through this with my 2 year too, must be on day 9/10 again doesn’t seem to bad in himself just struggling with bad nappy rash which is making nappy changes a challenge!
it does seem like a long time I really hope it ends soon!

Maybe it’s just something going around - yet again so many bugs.
does he have diarrhoea too?
