Blocks are always a hit and get used for years to come.
ride on unicorn, only if you have lots of space in your house.
pop up tent, we had one with a tunnel and ball pool and it was used a lot and even went on holiday with us one year as it packs up really small.

little tikes activity garden was a big hit with my two

Out of those definitely the wooden trolley and blocks- my dd (13m) loves hers.
Other favourite Christmas and birthday presents were: bubble machine, musical nursery rhymes book, stacking cups, any balls and some mini Thomas books- just the right size for her to hold and carry around.

Amazon giggle and spin giraffe was a MASSIVE hit for my son's birthday!

Also Argos has a helter skelter type thing for £10 which has gone down very well - think they call it a ball drop. It uses the same size balls as the giraffe, so they are interchangeable

Wooden block trolley. Mine used theirs for years. Also, a small wooden toy kitchen was popular from 1 to 3ish years old, best investment. Or a swing if you have outdoor space.

I don’t rate the fisher price chair- we have it- utter waste of money imo.

PritiPatelsMaker · 07/04/2023 19:09

Truck with blocks was a big hit here.

Paper and felt tip pens and paint and paintbrush - great fun and super cheap

Writeandroll · 07/04/2023 19:31

Trike! DS1 had one for his 1st and we’re only just winding it down now, he’s over 3.
Pushed him for bloody miles on that thing in lockdown

I have given up on all vtec toys, all the ones we have so far are really annoying so I've vowed to never buy vtec again!
