Weeing on toilet floor not potty/toilet

Looking for potty training advice please!

Little background, we did cloth nappies and elimination communication with our daughter from 6 weeks old and it worked well until she could walk!

Just before she turned 10 months, she started walking and from that point, sitting was a no go and she refused to stay still longer than 30 seconds so we had to switch to disposable pull ups. She would still know when she was about to go for a wee herself and in recent months has been going and sitting on the potty (in her nappy) and do her wee/poo.

We moved into a new house this year and now that we're settled and she has learned to open doors, she kept going to the toilet to do her wee, so any time she'd look to go, we'd just sit her on the toilet or potty. She's off creche for these two weeks for Easter so we thought right let's just go for it and try and get her out of the nappies. She's 20 months now and definitely seems ready.

It's been going well to a point. For all but 3 wees yesterday she went to the toilet but weed on the floor beside the potty for all but 2 wees.

This morning she's doing the same and I'll sit her on it, she'll stay for a minute and then will stand up and wee beside it again.

Any ideas how to get past this hurdle? I feel we're so close but just stuck on this last bit. She has a choice of climbing to the toilet or sitting on the potty and depending on her mood will depend on which she will sit on.
