Cows milk at 12 months old

Could anyone give me an example of when they gave their 12 month old cows milk throughout the day, would you just give it as you would have when giving formula, and would cows milk keep them as full as what a bottle of formula would have

Our LO turned one last month and we switched on his birthday as we ran out of formula. He has three bottles a day (first thing, 2pmish & bedtime). We give it exactly the same as we did his formula in his bottles but we had vitamin into one bottle which you didnt need to do with formula. He goes the same amount of time between feeds including food. He does have a small snack mid morning.

When do you make the change to using the sippy cup for cows milk
