Perfect prep machine, I had one with my 2nd child and it was a god send that was 8 years ago.

However I'm seeing mixed reviews now. If I got one it would primarily be used for those during the night feeds but they aren't the cheapest piece of equipment!

Unless someone has an alternative idea, because that wait for a bottle to cool once the kettle has boiled and you have a screaming hungry baby, seems like forever.

There's loads second hand on Facebook market place. For the ease I would just pay for a new one, they are brilliant and nothing really beats them imo.

We just made the bottle up when needed, 1/3 boiling water in, formula scoops in, swirl to mix, 2/3 cold water. Perfect temperature every time. You have to allow for the volume of the formula in the total amount of water you're adding (so it's slightly more then eg 6 oz in total), but you quickly get used to how much that is. So eg 6oz bottle - 2 oz boiling, powder, fill with cold to just over 6oz mark on bottle.
