Do I need to be worried about my 3 year old?

she puts a lot of stuff in her mouth. A lot. Toys, bag straps, books you name it. It’s often. I think it started when her sibling was born and they had a dummy (she then wanted one) and then teethers and I think it’s snowballed from there but I can’t be sure. I’ve read this a key indicator of SEN. We tell her to stop but it’s in one ear out the other.

ive asked at her nursery and they thought maybe she copied the Sen children there but when I said she did it at home they were a bit surprised. I asked if they had an Sen suspicions and they said no on all fronts.

should I be concerned, is this normal? I’ve googled and it says a lot of children put things in their mouths up until 3 but she’s 3.5 and if anything she’s getting worse with it

My 6 year old is like this; always has been and she often bites toys and at yikes breaks them through it without even realising. She has no SEN and I do associate it with how much she loved her dummy and used to bite that. It seems to meet some kind of sensory need.
