Would you say anything?

I'm not sure whether to say anything to the school, or whether to keep out of it. My friend's children have a terrible diet! I have a fussy eating diet, but this is extremely restrictive. They won't even eat chips or pasta! The parents also add lots of salt and ketchup etc to their meals. The children are on the ipads loads when at home and they have late nights every evening. The eldest is extremely pale with dark circles round his eyes. But they are always lived, clean and in school. Should I mention anything to the school or not? I don't think it's bad enough to warrant SS though.

Keep out of it. The school will notice if they won't eat, and likewise will spot dark circles under eyes.

Can you speak to your friend directly?

Oh god do not mention anything to the school or family.

If you are genuinely concerned for their well being, you could ring the NSPCC for some advice.
