Hi. I'm new here and I am hopefully looking for some ideas of activities with my children over the Easter Holidays. They are 9(boy) & 7(girl) and so more independent now but I still want to make sure we have a fun time - I am so aware time is whizzing by so fast :(
I know about things like local parks and walking trails but is there anything else you can suggest to make our holiday fun and memorable?
Thanks

You don’t say where you live but most museums are free. How about a visit to your nearest town/ city?
You could cook/ bake together and they could be involved in crafts for Easter. I know one extended family that has an annual Easter Bonnet competition.
Go swimming, go for picnics.
Just spend time together. We used to have a family book every holiday and I would read to my DC in the morning before we got up. Try something like Wind in the Willows.
