What counts as screen time?

This might be a silly question so apologies if it is! My baby is only a couple months old so we are a long way away from any actual screentime but I was wondering about things like us watching tv, being on our phones whilst holding her etc? I tend to go on my phone during the night feeds, mostly to try and make sure I stay awake but I was then wondering if this will start to have an impact on her sleep. I'm very keen to avoid any screen time until she's at least 2 as recommended by WHO.
What are other peoples thoughts on this or am I overthinking this?

Easily solved by putting your phone on nightie mode so it can els out the blue light.

I wouldn't worry too much about you being on your phone while she's this age, as she'll be completely oblivious and I don't the the glare of the screen will matter if she's not looking into it. However as she gets older I do think it's really important to "set a good example" to our kids in terms of screen time. If we're always on our phones then how can we expect to regulate their screen time successfully?
