my daughter wakes up in night in a panic as if she don't know where she is then cries for her dummy and is wide awake.. soon as i let her know i'm here she is fine but won't go back to sleep then. Any ideas on what to do?

She has white nosie and night light on already.

Would it work to put a few in the cot with her then she can reach/ find one hopefully without waking up? Works well for DS 👍

Agree with pp. DD has always had about 5-7 dummies scattered in her cot, which works for us

How old is she? Could you look to get rid of the dummy?

What about one of those rabbits with the clips that holds dummies on?
