My ds is 11 months old. Should he be getting full fat cream cheese? Or opt for a lighter option?

Full fat is fine. They need fat for brain development

Full fat is better for adults too! But definitely children. Full fat milk is vital until age 5, so I imagine this covers other dairy as well.

Yes. The low fat versions often have added crap in them.

Yes full fat everything

Yep, full fat everything.

Fat is not the enemy. It's processed carbs/sugar.

Thanks for the advice x he gets full fat milk in his porridge but I just wasn't so sure about the cream cheese. He is having cream cheese, avocado and pitta bread for lunch tomorrow 🙂
