Do children have any legal rights to seeing their half siblings?

Hello. My children are 11 and 13 and their father has stopped seeing them. He lives with their half sibling. Do they have any right to their half brother? I cannot afford a lawyer. Seems odd as they dont even have any rights to see their much missed father, yet they have rights when a mother doesn't allow them to see the kids....

I don’t think that there is any legal obligation. Is he paying child support? x

No. My kids have a half sibling on their fathers side that they don’t know about. If the child wanted contact I wouldn’t allow it (reasons for this) there is no legal right here as far as I’m aware.
