Has anyone had this? My six week old is breastfed apart from one bottle of formula at night. His farts (and poos) absolutely stink, truly they are rancid. We are regularly changing his nappy thinking he's pooped and it's just another stinky fart.
As far as I can remember, I didn't have this with his brother.
Is it normal? Or could he have an intolerance of some sort? Hes a bit fussy but not out of the ordinary for a baby his age.
