Hi all! I’m going out for the evening next week m and my mum will be looking after baby. I have a stash of frozen breast milk in the freezer ready for that evening how do I thaw it? Can I take it out of the freezer earlier that day and thaw it in the fridge? Can I do this with a few bags so they will be ready for when my mum needs to feed baby? Or if she thaws it one by one how long does it usually take to thaw a bag of frozen breast milk with warm water? thanks I’m advance!
Also if I thaw in the fridge can I then warm it running it
