3 year old on and off wetting

I’m hoping someone can help me please (or save my sanity)

DD has been out of nappies since December, ever since then she’ll have approx 3 weeks completely dry during the day and then like a switch is flicked she’ll just start wetting herself constantly! I’ve taken her to the doctors and no urine infection at all, I’m getting so frustrated by this cycle it feels like it’s never ending!

also she point blank refuses to poo on the toilet/potty - she’d rather just poo herself despite praise/rewards

my parents have told me it’s my own doing as I left it too late to potty train her on advice of my HV (she’s 3) - apparently if I’d of done it earlier she would have got it by now

can anyone tell me if they went through the same thing and what the outcome was?

Is she constipated? That can cause wee accidents.

@Marchforward no constipation- she has a poo every day
