7 month old seems more tired

Hi everyone,
Just wondered if anyone has any experience of their baby suddenly seeming more tired. Since last Thursday our seven month old seems tired pretty much all day. She'd usually have wake windows of 2-3 hours, we just follow her cues for needing a nap. However, since Thursday she's ready to sleep again an hour after a nap and she has bags under her eyes. The bags could be a genetic thing, myself and my brother have them from our dad. But the tiredness is new. She isn't lethargic, just sleepier. We have been away for the weekend Friday-today, so I have wondered whether it's been related to busy days, but we've spent a lot of time in coffee shops letting her nap, so we haven't cut them or anything.
She is teething, I'm not sure whether that can be related? She has also started a new skill of proper little babbling sounds (rarara, dadada) the past few days, so I'm not sure whether that's related also?
We might be worrying about nothing, but as we lost our son in 2021 every worry is amplified. I really appreciate any help 🙂
Thank you x

My nearly 7mo old is the same but it's not a new thing he's always been very tired. For his age wake windows should be like 2.5-3,5 hours I think but he usually struggles to get to 2! He's sometimes rubbing his eyes yawning after like 45 mins. However his naps are usually around 30 minutes (can't seem to get him to sleep any longer than that!!) so possibly that might be why

Is she going through a developmental leap maybe?
How does she sleep at night? X

@embarrassed23 to be honest my daughter is the same with naps! Normally at most she'll do an hour, usually 30 mins - 45 mins. However the last few days she's done a few hour and halfs.

@swirly456 I'm not sure about the developmental leap. She goes to bed at 7pm and is definitely ready for bed then, but that's not changed. She wakes up twice in the night, but again that's not changed either
