If your 3/4 year old has ASD, what is their evening/sleep routine?

Our almost 4 year old has recently been diagnosed with ASD. She has never slept well and it has progressively got worse as she has got older, waking for hours every night. She has a significant speech delay which makes communication difficult. I desperately want to try and implement a routine to help her sleep better, willing to try anything!
