11 month old inconsolable screaming at night

For the past 3 nights DS has been a nightmare. I feel guilty just writing this but I am so shattered and also running around after my toddler too. He has no teeth yet so assuming it could be related however is still
eating and drinking well and seems okay during the day. He goes to bed fine after bed time routine of bath, bottle etc around half 6. Then from 9 onwards the screaming is constant even with rocking and using the dummy. Around 2am the exhaustion must kick in and he sleeps till 6am. Does anyone have advice? It’s like having a newborn and I feel so broken.

Calpol at regular intervals.

Get him up if he won't calm down and just ride it out (we were watching peppa pig at 3am on Monday morning!).

Calm and comfort in any way that helps and take turns.

Know that it is short term and he will be back to normal soon. This too shall pass.

Handhold as it's probably just a phase. Agree with calpol if you suspect teething. What do his naps look like? Could it be time to drop one? Many babies are ready for one nap at this age

Ibuprofen and calpol. Mine is like this for 5ish days before a tooth pops through.
