Lindex and H&M do good zip footless ones.

You’re having trouble finding ones with feet? Literally anywhere - sainsburys, M&S, primark etc. ‘Babygrow’ or ‘sleepsuit’.

Footless - I like wondersuits and others similar which you can use with feet or fold the feet back which is handy for when they’re learning to walk.

I've never seen footless ones! Always just baby grows and sleep suits with the feet.. Where are you looking??

H&M do footless ones
saw a video from a child’s podiatrist (or something) lately saying never put socks on them to sleep as it can impact the development of their feet and cause ingrown toenails

Hadalifeonce · 16/03/2023 17:47

I used nightdresses for our DC, they had a drawstring at the bottom so their feet stayed warm but not restricted. Made nighttime nappy changing very easy too.

Where aren't you looking? They mostly have feet!

Witchymcwitch · 16/03/2023 17:50

Just cut the feet off!

Primark ones are shit and ain't got time to go looking in town with a 3 year old and a 12 week old I like the ones from Sainsbury's but the one by me hasn't got any with feet on only the footless ones so I'm thinking shall I just get them and put some socks on but I'm not sure what to do at nighttime as he kick the blanket off

Order online from asda George

Isthereanygoldenwonder · 16/03/2023 18:03

I use footless ones now my daughter can walk. I find the ones with feet trip her up for 2 months, fit perfectly for 1 day and are then too small 😂 I put socks on her at night and tuck the sleepsuit leg in 😊

It's also free click and collect - I always usually order online and collect from the Argos in store.

I wouldn't put a blanket in crib with a 12 week old. Maybe during the day to keep the cold off, but too dangerous on a night unsupervised! Have a look at sleep bags, then it doesn't matter about socks/footless suits. It will keep them warm and more importantly safe.

kirsty2023 · 16/03/2023 20:21

I will look in to getting a sleeping bag none of my other 5 baby's liked them

If I'd had 5 babies I would of been keeping a lot of their clothes to pass down to the siblings 😂

kirsty2023 · 16/03/2023 21:41

I couldn't keep anything from the last 5 they are all girls and new baby is a boy going to get him a sleeping bag

I got footless Sleepsuits from Next. I don’t put socks on though as she’s in a sleeping bag so doesn’t need them.

My older children are boys and this one is a girl. She frequently wears dinosaurs, rockets and police cars. She doesn’t care!

dancinggoosey · 10/05/2023 04:03

Next do them
