Sleeping (or not) at night - help!

Hello,

Our 3.5 month old boy (breastfed by me & my husband feeds with my expressed milk) wakes up during the night, either every hour or every couple of hours. He takes a little milk then goes to sleep again.

Before just accepting this is how it will be, I was wondering for anyone has been through the same: do you have any tips or anything that worked? Happy to try anything! I’d really appreciate it.

Thank you!

Has sleep always been like that or has it got worse? It sounds similar to what we experienced for the 4 month sleep regression, when my daughter needed to be fed back to sleep everytime she stirred. Its tough but they do ge through it.

Thank you. We were getting the occasional 3-4 chunk so yeah definitely worse. When did yours get over it?

Mine is the same age and started doing the exact same thing 🤣
He is number 3, my other 2 have done the same. Give it a couple of weeks and it will pass. They seem to forever going through these little blips but as soon as they start they finish again. And you will probably find when you finish this , you'll end up with a bigger chunk of sleep so 🤞 for you
