Has anyone any advice? I don’t want to start off giving him more than minimum and not be able to go back down and I just don’t want to be away from my baby for half the week

No specific advice regarding custody, sorry, but I remember your previous posts about overbearing in-laws wanting to have your little one way to often and not being very pleasant to you.

If you weren't firm with them and your partner before, now is the time that you absolutely must be!!!!!

Doesn't matter now what they think of you. Hope someone else can advise further.

They haven’t been getting him up regularly since September, they watched him twice in November and that was the last time. I just think he’s gonna push to have him as much as he can and it won’t be him spending time with him it’ll be his family looking for him up as much as possible and his dad will have no actual responsibility over him. He’ll be busy working all summer so won’t have much time to be with him

Hope you are doing ok x

What is your ex asking for and what do you think is reasonable?

Do you both work / use nursery etc?
