My 3yo seems to have developed dandruff in the past 2 weeks. Initially I checked for nits and then she had chickenpox on her scalp but it definitely seems she has dandruff. I bought e45 dry scalp shampoo and have used it once but its not made a difference. She has VERY sensitive skin and can only cocobutter moisturiser otherwise every other one stings even zerobase. Any recommendations or tips? I brush her hair every morning and wash it 1-2 times a week depending on how grotty she is. Thanks.
