Bedtime bottle before bath?

My DD was one three weeks ago and her sleep has been terrible since her bday. She’s not been great since she’s been in her own room, we had a handful of sleep through since Christmas but now she’s up every 1-2 hours.
I was 100% sure it was sleep regression but the last few nights she’s been writhing and squirming and whimpering and letting out some nasty grown-man farts. It’s funny/ impressive but obviously causing her a lot discomfort.
I just said to DH about giving her her bedtime bottle before her bath so her muscles can relax in the bath and she can pass any gas with ease before bed and I can give her a bit of a tummy massage when I apply her lotion to get things moving. Has anyone tried this with their LO?
I’m a bit worried about throwing her off routine as she has always had a bottle before being put down.

I tried this with my lo but I don't think it made a massive difference to be honest. I actually find that giving him a soother when he's crying and distressed with wind helps settle him enough to wind. I'd look at diet though, is she eating anything that's likely to make her particularly windy. You could try doing bicycle movements and tummy massage more regularly across the day to help her move wind along?

I have always done a gap between milk and going to bed, i dont like my little girl going right to bed with an overly full tummy. I have a changeable routine, ie she doesnt have a bath each night, sometime we skip milk (shes 2.5 now) but thats always been the way and she adjusts fine to that. If you switch things around, maybe just stick to that new routine long enough for her to settle, dont just do 1 or 2 nights and change again etc!
I think its good for them to be able to adjust to varying routines!
