Hi mum's does Anybody else break down in tears for hours? Because you're never gonna see your child again one day and the fact, my child will be dead one day I honestly feel like I'm having a breakdown even though he is a really healthy child

No, that sounds horrible and it isn't right to be feeling like that. Please make an appointment to see your GP and talk about how you're feeling.

Hi, this is definitely not normal and sounds like either intense anxiety and/or depression. Please speak to you GP to get help with this

I’m so sorry you’re going through this, as others have said you shouldn’t have to feel this way. And with the right support, you can work towards reducing these feelings and thoughts. Reach out to your GP, as well as any family and friends you can trust. Sending hugs xx

Hugs op. I know exactly how you feel about this. I have suffered with anxiety too and would often worry about things like this. It's truly hell. I ended up having panic attacks and palpitations thinking about dying and them not having a mother. But it can get easier. I've recently had my third and I have been so much better with regards to these horrible thoughts. I try to get out as much as possible and spend time with other people as it helps keep my mind off depressing things. Really hope you find some support xxx
