My nephew has had this thing on his back for nearly a month.
His mum phoned the GP when it first appeared and he was diagnosed with a fungal infection and prescribed an anti fungal cream.
The cream worked initially but never fully went away so she continued to use it but then it got worse again despite still applying the cream and now the cream has ran out.
He has another appointment with the GP about this but it isn’t until the 16th March so I just thought I would post on here to see if any parents have seen this in their child.
The skin gets very dry so is moisturised with an antimicrobial emollient 3 times a day.
