Might sound like a silly question, but when baby turns 1 year old and they can now drink cows milk, do you still give it in a normal bottle with teat or a sippy cup

Also how many bottles of cows milk would they have a day

Sippy cup or open cup.

There isn’t a set amount of milk they need. I seem to remember (but check!) that they need the equivalent calcium as a pint of milk, but they can also get this from
cheese, yoghurt, and milk in food like rice pudding and custard.

Sippy cup. They shouldn’t really have bottles at all after 1 although sometimes it takes a little longer to give up the bedtime one and that’s not the end of the world. Mine didn’t actually drink it all really, maybe with breakfast if they weren’t having it on cereal. As PP says dairy can also come their diet so cheese, yoghurt, sauces made with cream or milk etc.

From 12 months we switched to a sippy cup (son did not notice) and from there to a sippy with a straw and now to a beaker :)
