Hi can guarantee it’s the weathers an having the heating on and off. Try some saline spray you can pick it up pretty cheap anywhere I pay 99p at home bargains

Buy the nose Frieda sucky thing ... it is a godsend! My LO had a blocked nose at about 2 weeks old and this really helped along with the nose saline spray, happy to provide links to the ones we have as I can recommend a good spray . Can use as often as needed 😊

I can't remember if it's from birth or not (DTs are 10months now) but we swear by the snufflebabe balm. It's like baby Vicks and is brilliant.
