My 1 year old has been at nursery today, I've just taken his nappy off before his bath and it's filled with a cream coloured, thin, chalk/paint like poo (there was also a bit in his bum). It doesn't smell He's never had a nappy like this before. Has anyone's LO had anything similar? Could it be a nappy cream nursery use?

Surely that's cream residue, not poo. There's a yellow nappy cream, can't remember its name, but perhaps they've used that?

This one?

Thanks all, mystery solved! We have always used bepanthan and have given some to nursery but looks like they've used a different one.

Jesus, they've gone to town there haven't they 😳 if that is yellow metanium, you're only supposed to use a very very thin layer 😬
