Hi, my dd is 20 months. She has hand foot and mouth. She's seems to be on the mend now. However, she's still quite red around her genital area. I've increased how often I change her nappy, only gently wiping her with a damp cloth, bepanthem on every nappy change. Currently having a bath with oilatum. Is there anything else I can do? Tia
