Hi,
I got my 12 month olds feet measured for the first time yesterday and was just wondering if a size 2.5 is normal for her age? TIA

I would think so! Every baby is different :) My 19 month old is in size 3. When she was 12 months, I think she was a size 2 (6-12 months shoes). She's small for her age compared to her peers though.

I think it's small, but not terribly unusual for that age. At 14 mo my son was a 5, though he has long feet

Most manufacturers produce first shoes from size 18 or 19. Size 2.5 which is between an 18/19 is not unusual, particularly for a girl. Pre-walkers will be even smaller. I assume though from your question that your daughter is beginning to walk.

My daughter had very tiny feet and Clarks didn't do shoes small enough when she was 12 months and started walking 😂, she was a size 1-1.5 then. So I'd say 2.5 is nornal, probably on the smaller end but normal.

It's a small size, DD is tiny and was a 3 at 14 months, most babies we've met are bigger than her, but its not abnormal.
