4 month old - chest infection and cough

My 4 month old DS has a chest infection, his chest sounds congested, and he has a cough although it’s better than before. His breathing sounds congested and mucus-y. He’s taking antibiotics but what else can I do to get rid of the congestion? He’s feeding well etc and has plenty of dirty and wet nappies but I’m still worried as it’s day 4 of the antibiotics and his chest is still congested. Any advice?
