What is this bump in DS arm?

Noticed this bump a week ago on my 2 year old son and it’s made me a bit worried as I have no clue what it is! I have an appointment for a weeks time to see the doctor but does anyone have any guesses?

it’s as small as a ball bearing and feels exactly like part of his bone.. could it just be his bone growing weird? It’s not painful either and doesn’t move at all.

What is this bump in DS arm?

That’s what I thought but all of which I’ve seen online say that a ganglion cyst is either rubbery/soft and can be moved which his is like bone and stuck to his bone. I think it’s part of his bone

I also thought ganglion - don't you hit them with a bible (traditionally - I wouldn't recommend!)

Hopefully it’s just something like a cyst but not sure! And yeah it is a bible hahaha but I’m not going to do that haha
