Nut Butter weaning 11 month old

When people say they use nut butter on toast for baby, what sort do they mean, is it just ordinary smooth peanut butter or a different kind

All different kinds. Babies and children need regular exposure to different allergens.

Look for ones that as 100% nuts as they can be salty.

meridian butters are pure nuts, or Aldi do a pure peanut butter that’s only £1.

Yes any nut butter is fine as long as it's smooth. Lidl do one that looks like meridian but it's much cheaper Wink

Just make sure that if you offer a mixed nut butter you have introduced all the nuts individually first to rule out an allergy
