Oh my god I'm at my wits end. 11 month old son has never been a good sleeper but since the 8 month sleep regression his sleep has not improved. He wakes every hour throughout the night most of the time, he's now refusing his second nap. Nothing works to get him to sleep and I'm lost. I'm so exhausted from not sleep at night. Last night he woke at 9.30pm, 12am, 3am, 4am, 5am, up at 6am. I also have a 3 year old daughter to care for and bless her I feel like she gets hardly any attention from me currently. I'm feeling so low and have no family around to help. Everyone keeps telling me it will get better but nearly 4 months of no sleep is taking a real toll on my mental health. My husband (separated very recently) has been away since June and won't be back until next month and then is going away for another 6 months from May. I really don't think I can keep doing this alone
