Did your baby sleep better or worse in their own room?

DS2 is nearly 6 months old so soon we will be trying him in his own room. He used to sleep well with one feed a night but since the 4 month regression he wakes at least every 2 hours through the night to be resettled, usually more, and only catnaps. He can “self settle” for naps and bedtime but it doesn’t stop the wakes. He still wakes up if we cosleep. I am desperately hoping that being in his own room might improve things because I’m sure me and DH disturb him especially as DH snores. I’ve always said I’d never sleep train but I really am exhausted now.

Did it make your little one’s sleep better or worse?

Honestly much worse. Got really stressed being in the cot on his own and started waking up every 30 minutes. Took ages to get him used to it at all.
